The iWeb application is part of the iLife suite, which allows you to create a blog on your Macintosh computer and publish it on the Internet if you have a MobileMe account. IWeb includes pre-made templates to give your blog personality, and simplifies the blog-creating process through text boxes placed throughout the template. Once you've entered your own information, including images, you can publish the blog through iWeb, which is viewable to all who have the URL to your site. The iLife suite comes with newer models of Macintosh computers or can be purchased separately from a computer software store.

Click "Go" at the top of the screen, and select "Applications" from the drop-down menu.

Double-click the "iWeb" icon to run the application, and click "File" at the top of the screen. Select "New Page" from the sub-menu to create a new blog page.

Click "Blog" from one of the templates in the iWeb's sidebar, and click the "Choose" button to open a new window.

Click the text box below the "Welcome to my site" header, and begin typing to input your own information. Select the "Fonts" button to change the font type displayed on your website.

Click the "Media" icon at the bottom of the application's window to add images or videos, and select the video or image you wish to add. Click and drag the image or video to a specific section of the blog to change the position. Click a text box once to highlight it, and drag the text box to anywhere on the screen to move it to a new position.

Click the "Add Entry" button near the top of the application's window to add a new blog entry. Click the "Publish" button at the bottom of the application window to save the changes to your blog and upload it to the Internet.
