Grand Theft Auto: Vice City was released in 2003 for Microsoft Windows. Like the console version, the PC version of Vice City allows you to control a wide variety of transportation modes. As far as flying goes, you have the option in Vice City to fly the Skimmer: a tricky plane that takes a few times to get right.
Find the plane behind the film studios. Press "F" to enter the plane.
Press "W" to move forward in the aircraft. The controls are similar to those of the motorcycle, except pressing "6" on the number pad will cause you to take off, instead of popping a wheelie. Press "9" on the number pad to go back down.
Press "S" to move backwards in the water or to slow down in the air. Press "A" to move to the left and "D" to move to the right.
Press "Q" to look left and "E" to look right. As always, press "F" to exit the craft.
