When you have exchange email, whether it is through Microsoft, Nokia, Intermedia, or one of the hundreds of web-based email servers, it is important to know that you have the ultimate control in security. Knowing your email password means that you'll always be able to get into your account. If you don't know it, you can find it out easily.
Click on "Forgot Password" under your email login, if you have that option on your particular exchange email program.
Provide the right information to have your password reset. Typically, this includes your name, your address or phone number, your work ID number, or any other specific information you gave when the account was set up. It can also include answers to secret questions you were asked beforehand. It will then be sent to you in whatever email you have supplied as your secondary email.
Contact the help desk or tech support for your exchange email server if you do not have a "Forgot Password" link. They will reset your password for you after you have proved who you are.
