How to Delete All Emails in the Inbox on an iPhone

Updated September 28, 2017
The iPhone, a multimedia and cell phone device made by Apple, lets you read, compose and send emails. Although this feature is useful, you need to maintain your inbox needs or it will become a mess and you will not be able to find that all-important email from your boss. Removing old inbox emails also saves the iPhone's memory, so it will be easier for you to download and play that newest game. It takes a minute or two to remove several or all emails at one time.
Click the "Mail" icon on your iPhone main page.
Hit the "Inbox" icon in the "Mail" main page. A list of emails in your inbox appears.
Hit the "Edit" button on the top right corner of the screen.
Tap each of the circles that appear in the emails in your inbox. A red icon with white check mark appears in each email. Hit the "Delete" button on the bottom left of the screen with the small trash can.
