Items you will need

  • PC, PlayStation 3 or Xbox 360

  • Accompanying copy of “Call of Duty: World at War”

Developed by Treyarch, Activision’s first-person shooter “Call of Duty: World at War” focuses on World War II-based combat allowing players to play as both U.S. and Russian soldiers in both single player campaigns and a multiplayer mode. Additionally, the game features an unlockable mode where players battle Nazi zombies. You can play this mode as a single player or a cooperative multiplayer game. The point of the game is to survive as long as possible while fending off waves of increasingly difficult zombies.

Play through the game’s single player campaign in any difficulty.

Finish the final mission and let the credits roll. After the credits are over, you’ll get to play a little of the single-player zombie mode.

On the Main menu, select “Cooperative” followed by the type of multiplayer game (Online, System Link or Split Screen), followed by “Nazi Zombies” to play.

Tip

  • In single player mode, the game ends when your character dies. However, in multiplayer mode you have 30 seconds for one of your teammates to come revive you by approaching you and holding the button for “Use” or “Reload.” Until then, you can use your pistol on enemies, similar to the “Last Stand” ability you can utilize in regular multiplayer mode.
