What Is the Number for Xbox Support?

Microsoft offers two ways to reach the Xbox support team by phone: You can call 800-4MY-XBOX and wait on hold, or you can make an appointment online and receive a call back. Some support issues on the Xbox website do not offer the call back option. In these cases, you either need to talk to support through a live chat or call the phone line manually.
Call Xbox Support Directly
Dial 800-4MY-XBOX (800-469-9269) to reach Microsoft's Xbox support line any time between 6 a.m. to 10 p.m. Pacific Standard Time. Microsoft also has a toll-free text communication line for Xbox support at 866-740-9269. If the support line has a long wait when you call, an automated message gives an estimated time before you're helped.
Request a Call or Live Chat
Microsoft has two Xbox support websites. To get a broken console repaired, visit the Online Service Center page, where you can fill out a form to create a service request. In cases where you need to talk to someone directly about the Xbox One, Xbox 360 or your account, visit the Contact Us page. Pick a product and choose a problem category to see the available support options. Some problems allow you to "Request a Call From Support," while others only offer "Chat With Microsoft Support." For minor issues or quick questions, you can also chat with a community volunteer instead of waiting for a Microsoft employee. Whichever option you choose, you need to log in with your Microsoft account when prompted.
