How to Recover Deleted Email in Hotmail
By Carrie Perles
Updated September 28, 2017
Have you ever thrown out a piece of mail and immediately kicked yourself for doing so? If so, you've probably done the same with an important email. However, just because you deleted something doesn't mean you can't get it back. You can go to your Deleted folder and move the email messages back to your Inbox -- if you remember quick enough.
Click on the "Deleted" folder in the navigation pane on the left to see all the messages that you have deleted.
Browse through the email and select the check boxes next to the messages you wish to undelete.
Click on the "Move to" option in the toolbar above the message. Select the folder to which you would like to move the messages.
Select the folder where you moved the messages to confirm that they moved.
Warnings
Hotmail purges the deleted folder regularly, so make sure you recover needed files as soon as possible.
