by eHow Contributor ; Updated September 28, 2017

This guide will walk you through a step by step procedure to deleting cookies and phishing data from your PC.

There really aren't a lot of confusing steps here, but you have to remember to be flexible if you are using a different version of Internet Explorer and the names are slightly different. First of all, find the tab called "Tools."

Click on the button called "internet options." This will bring up a window that has lots of different buttons on it. Find the one underneath "browsing history." It should say something like "delete." When you click it, make sure you check the little box that says delete all offline content.

That will delete any cookies or stored web pages that might be slowing down your computer. It may take a while if it is your first time deleting any cookies. If you have any questions, send me a message and I'll help you out.
