Netflix, with its low-cost membership plans and flexible methods for viewing material, has become a leader in online DVD renting services. Netflix has a series of plans, each one allowing you retain a certain number of videos at home at a time. All Netflix “unlimited” plans allow you to have unrestricted viewing of select online movies and television shows. Upgrade your membership if you would like to begin receiving more at-home DVDs, or if you have a limited plan and would like to have access to online viewing as well as DVDs by mail.
Visit www.netflix.com and sign in with the email address and password that was supplied when you first became a Netflix member.
Click the “Your Account & Help” link at the top right corner.
Click the “Change Plan” link in the “Account Information” section of the page.
Check the plan you wish to upgrade to and click “Continue.” The unlimited plans allow you to rent from one to eight DVDs at a time.
Review the specifics about the plan and the cost in the confirmation pop-up window and click “Confirm Change.”
Tips
Netflix also offers the ability to stream online movies from your computer to your TV. Select the "Instantly to Your TV" tab to find out more.
