Your Sony VAIO has graphics card drivers installed. You may want to update these drivers periodically to keep up to date with the latest gaming technology and programming. Sony provides you with the latest drivers on the official Sony website. You can check each month to determine if a new driver has been released for your graphics card.

Step 1

Navigate to the Sony driver download page (see Resources). Use one of the three available methods for specifying your computer's model and click "Continue." A list of drivers is shown on the next page.

Step 2

Scroll down to the section labeled Video. Click the plus sign next to the video icon. An expanded list of video drivers will be shown. Click the most recent driver link to download it to your computer.

Step 3

Double-click the file that you downloaded in Step Three. The executable file will automatically start the installation. Agree to the license terms to install and update the video card on your laptop.
