When you want to connect with a specific person, you can use the Facebook app available for the iPhone to tag people or groups. Facebook provides two ways to tag using the iPhone app -- with the "@" symbol to tag specific people or the Audience drop-down menu to choose from a list of predefined groups.

Step 1

Tap the "App Store" icon and select the "Search" tab.

Step 2

Type "Facebook" into the Search field and select "Facebook" from the list.
