How to Make My eBay Items Show Up on Facebook

If you want to list your eBay items on Facebook, you could list each item individually on your Facebook page by making a linked post to your eBay items, or you simply install a Facebook application to do the job for you automatically. Posting items individually works well if you have one or two items to sell. If you have multiple items, the eBay application will add an "eBay Items" tab to your profile, allowing your friends and customers to see which items you have up for sale.
Adding Items Individually
Step 1
Log in to Facebook.
Step 2
Click "Link" above "What's on your mind?"
Step 3
Cut and paste the Web address for your eBay item, then click "Attach."
Step 4
Write a description for your item in the "Say something about this link" text box and then click "Share."
eBay Application
Step 1
Log in to your Facebook account.
Step 2
Navigate to the eBay Applications page at apps.facebook.com/ebayitems/.
Step 3
Click the "Add to my Page" button.
Step 4
Follow the on-screen instructions to install the application on your Facebook page. You'll need to provide your eBay log in information as well as allow the application to "talk" to your Facebook profile.
