How Do I Change My Primary Account in Paypal? (4 Steps)

PayPal is an e-commerce website that you can use to send and receive money. You can link numerous bank accounts to your PayPal account. If you want to change the primary account in PayPal, it takes little time to do so. This is useful so you won't have to change the payment details every time you send money using PayPal.
Step 1
Go to PayPal.com and log in to your account using your email address and password. You will be taken to an overview of your account.
Step 2
Click the "My Account" tab and then hover over the "Profile" button when the sub-menu opens.
Step 3
Select "Add or Edit Bank Account" from the drop-down menu. A list of bank accounts connected to your account will open in a new page.
Step 4
Click "Make Primary" beside the bank account you want to set as your primary account.

- If you are ever concerned about not having enough funds in your bank account to cover a purchase, you can add a credit card to your account by hovering over the "Profile" tab and selecting "Add or Edit Credit Card." You can enter the credit card information here.
