by Art Corvelay

PowerPoint is a presentation software that is manufactured by Microsoft. It is versatile in that the files can be converted into various video formats. One such format is Flash.

Create your PowerPoint presentation. You should include all of your animations before saving the file. This includes transition between slides and timing of slide transitions.

Save the presentation with the file extension .wmf. To do this, click File>Save, and enter a file name. Immediately following the file name, add .wmf.

Open Adobe Flash. Create a new Flash document and set the viewing settings to 720 x 540. Make sure to change the background color to black.

Import the powerpoint .wmf file you previously saved. Click File > Import > Import to Stage, and select the .wmf file.

Save the new Flash file by clicking File > Save. You have now successfully converted your PowerPoint file into a Flash file.
