How to Contact Microsoft Office

by Erica Sweeney

Contacting Microsoft Office will provide you with lots of help and other information regarding all of the Office programs. Microsoft Office Online (Office.microsoft.com) provides lots of support services for the programs, but if you can't find what you need, the website also provides information for contacting Microsoft Office by submitting questions and other issues, and getting responses online, or by email or phone.

Go to Microsoft Office's Contact Us website. (Use the link in the References section.)

Choose the option that best fits your purpose or reason for needing to contact Microsoft Office. Most likely the best option will be for you to click the Support for Microsoft Office Products link.

Click on the program or suite that you have questions about.

Look over the "hot topics" listed on the next page. This might resolve the issue.

Click on the question mark icon in the upper right corner to contact a support professional.

Answer the questions that appear on the next pages and click Next.

Choose one of three options for contacting Microsoft Office: via email, telephone or online. Information is provided about each option on this page. Click the links to send requests via email or online or use the telephone number listed to call. There may be fees associated with these options.
