PayPal’s Archive button will clear your transactions and move your records from the Overview log to the History log. The Archive button helps you streamline the My Recent Activity section and keep your deposits, withdrawals and other transactions for quick reference. The History log includes options to perform a basic search, download your history or access your taxation documents.

Step 1

Log in to your account and then click the “My Account” tab. Click the “Overview” button to view your recent transactions log.

Step 2

Click to add a tick in the “Date” check box in the My Recent Activity section to select all the records.

Step 3

Click “Archive” to clear these records from your list and move them to the History page. The My Recent Activity section will display “- No New Items -“ in the list.

Step 4

Remember to log out when you are finished to prevent other users from viewing your PayPal account details.
