How to Check on an Order's Status From Kohl's

Kohl's is a department store that specializes in savings on name-brand items for the entire family. In addition to clothing, shoes and accessories, Kohl's sells housewares, jewelry and toys. Shoppers can make purchases at any Kohl's department store or online. If you recently placed an order on the Kohl's website, you can check the status of your order in a matter of minutes.

Visit the Kohl's website and log in to your account. When you completed your online order, you were asked to create a username and password for your account.

Click on the "My Account" link at the top of the page once you are logged in. From the drop-down menu, locate the "My Order History" link and click on it.

Click on the order for which you want to check the status. Kohl's provides an order status summary which tells you that the order is processing or shipped. If the order has shipped, you can click on the tracking number provided for you to track the package, its location and the estimated date of delivery.
